WINTECH'S TOOL
DESIGN PROCESS
Cost and reliability are the main concerns of clients looking for special
tools, machines, or machine upgrades.
WinTech Design uses a professional process to get the job
done right at the lowest cost. WinTech Design Tool Requirements Specification
produces a clear, concise document of words
and CAD images that define exactly what the tool is supposed to do,
look like and cost. "High uncertainty" aspects are
identified.
In the second Design and Prototyping Phase II,
engineers model the entire tool. High uncertainty aspects are
prototyped or bread-boarded to evaluate feasibility. Frequent design reviews
are held. After the Client Approval Checkpoint, a
complete set of documentation (including controls) is
completed. Revision Control is employed throughout Phase II.
Phase III is Tool Build. WinTech will quote the
build and provide the client with documents and 3D data that allow
competitive quotes from alternate vendors..
We have found that
the above process produces the best results in the shortest time at the
lowest cost. For more information contact us at 541-754-1438.
